Roger, Verso e Nereide, sono i nomi di tre cavalli appartenenti alla scuderia Royal Horse Club. Attraverso il loro quotidiano vivere all'interno di un congenito habitat agreste (luogo incontaminato e, per tali caratteristiche, allusivo di quel futuro 'ponte dell'arcobaleno' che li attenderà nell'istante in cui lasceranno la terra), il proprietario Aljoschka ci narra le loro storie e quelle di altri loro compagni di branco con autentica spontaneità e dedizione per il proprio mestiere. Partendo dalle origini della scuderia, questo semplice docufilm narra sì, del lavoro svolto quotidianamente all'interno del maneggio (dalle cure domestiche alle attività di equitazione, la ferratura, ecc.) ma cerca in particolar modo di evidenziare, poeticamente, attraverso l'affiorare dei toccanti ricordi di Aljoschka, il profondo e 'immortale' legame, che da sempre unisce l'uomo a questo affascinante animale, chiamato cavallo.

Roger, Verso and Nereide, are the names of three horses belonging to the Royal Horse Club stable. Through their everyday life in a rural habitat (an uncontaminated place and, precisely for these characteristics, alluding to that future 'bridge of the rainbow' that will wait for them when they leave the land), the owner Aljoschka tells us their stories and those of other packmates with genuine spontaneity and dedication to his work. Starting from the origins of the stable, this simple docufilm tells the work done every day (from domestic care to horse riding, shoeing, etc.) but above all it tries to highlight, in a poetic way, through the touching memories of Aljoschka, the deep bond and 'immortal' that has always united man with this fascinating animal, called a horse.
